Spring is my favorite time of year for sessions, and Railroad Park was showing off for us on this beautiful afternoon. We found the perfect spot that overlooks the city for their second look, and golden hour on the hillside was magical. The roses were in bloom, and I’m still dreaming of how fragrant they were. What a perfect backdrop to document their love.
I had the best time during this engagement session! Elaine and Derrick showed me around the beautiful historic district of Huntsville, and we even popped champagne at their wedding venue, the gorgeous Weeden House Garden and Museum. We finished up their session stopping by the restaurant where they shared one of their first dates, Keegan’s in downtown Huntsville. We made sure to get a photo in front of the “Welcome to Huntsville” mural while we were there.
