My process
THE LOOK & FEEL
First and foremost, I photograph weddings with a feeling in mind. The intangible, hard to describe, tears in your eyes feeling you get when you flip through your wedding album, remembering your special day. I love the airy and more delicate look of film, though I shoot with a combination of cameras and formats. I put attention, skill, and creativity in to making every photo, with a dose of sentimentality for good measure.
They treasure the little moments in the day like a flower girl admiring the bride as she places her veil, the way the mother of the groom sheds a tear when he takes his place at the start of the ceremony, and the fun champagne toasts by their closest family and friends that took place throughout the night.
