A beautiful summer day, a couple whose love for one another is completely palpable, and a surprise rain shower made this Alys Beach engagement session quite memorable. When these two told me they spend their summers on the beaches of 30a Florida, we knew it would be the perfect backdrop to capture their engagement photos.
We began their session at the historic Eden Gardens State Park, with majestic moss-draped live oaks and lush, vibrant gardens. The historic antebellum home on the property, the Wesley House, is the main attraction, fully restored with elegant white columns and a wrap-around porch. After a wardrobe change and refresh, we set off to Alys Beach for the second half of their session, and finished with a champagne pop alongside the scenic palms of 30a. Quiet moments soaking up an incredible sunset made for the sweetest ending to this session.
