This intimate San Diego, California beachside wedding got me from “hello” with all of its tropical and bohemian touches. I loved every detail, from the perfectly pink Jimmy Choos, to the clean and modern touches of the stationery and wedding cake.
These touches extended even to the welcome boxes for out-of-town guests, which included some favorite products to make any wedding-goer feel special.
The bride chose simple hair and makeup in keeping with the coastal vibe of the event. Her dress, designed by Galia Lahav, played off of the boho details perfectly. It was the perfect dress to combine the two themes and it made the whole day so cohesive! The groom chose a simple suit to complete their couple fashion ensemble.
The guests and couple were greeted by a free-form floral arbor. This, coupled with the beach setting, welcomed the couple to join in unity. So gorgeous!
Her stunning bouquet mirrored the florals in the arbor and was tied off with a pale pink silk ribbon. It added the perfect touch of color, yet never distracted from the bride or her dress.
The beachside details of this intimate reception were so delicate, and they allowed for free-flowing conversation. This was made even more perfect by that seaside breeze you just cannot manufacture! The gold details on the tablescape added a refined and luxurious touch to the experience.
The clean, two-tiered white wedding cake was adorned with tropical-inspired florals. I loved how the simplicity of the cake really allowed for the floral details to take center-stage.
My favorite detail to photograph on this day was the mega-watt smiles that were so contagious. The love just leaps from the screen and I smiled the whole time! I am still so grateful to have been chosen to be a part of this beautiful day.
